08.07 Congratulations to BrownWinick on the launch of its new Web site. DoubleTake Design began working with BrownWinick in 2006, when the firm hired us for a branding engagement. We interviewed partners and associates in the firm, as well as key clients, to learn about the firm's goals and strengths. It became clear that BrownWinick is the law firm for all types of businesses in Iowa and beyond. The firm's tagline, "A Firm Commitment to Business™", an overall messaging system, and a new visual identity followed. Next, we began work on the firm's new Web site, which features a custom content management system so that information can be added and updated in real time. The firm developed an amazing amount of content, targeted to businesses in specific industries as well as those searching for help in specific legal practice areas. The new Web site will serve BrownWinick and its clients for years to come.

05.05.06 Congratulations to our own Cathie Van Wert for being honored with Fairygodmother Foundation's Founder's Award at the annual gala this May. DoubleTake Design has provided pro bono design services to the foundation for years, and both Cathie and Kevin have served on its Executive Board. Cathie recently ended her two-year term as Chairman of the Board and continues to serve as a director. Fairygodmother Foundation grants wishes to adults facing terminal illness, and to date has granted over 700 wishes in 46 states. Learn more about the foundation on its Web site.

03.06 DoubleTake Design is thrilled to have been selected to help rebrand the Iowa-based law firm Brown, Winick, Graves, Gross, Baskerville and Schoenebaum, P.L.C. The rebranding process will begin with the design of a new BrownWinick logo, stationery and announcement system, and then the development of a new Web site for the firm.
